rcplauncher.exe

It's because of rcplauncher.exe, which seems to be somekind of IBM's own version of a Java package launcher (used to launch Expeditor and WebSphere).

As it's compiled as a Windows Console application, you have all the properties and behaviours like for cmd.exe.

It would be probably quite easy to recompile it as a Windows Application, as it doesn't even need to open a window. They would just need to replace the main() with WinMain().
